Project ManagerA well-established Texas-based general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support healthcare-focused projects out of their Fort Worth office. This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex healthcare facilities-from hospitals to specialty clinics and medical campuses-with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.Oversee all phases of healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up), from preconstruction through completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts. Coordinate work in active healthcare environments while ensuring minimal disruption. Maintain strict safety, infection control, and compliance standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and internal teams. Strong financial management, scheduling, and organizational skills.What's on offer includes a base salary of $115,000 - $165,000 (dependent on experience), $800/month vehicle allowance, gas card & toll tag, 401(k), healthcare: medical, vision, dental, 3 weeks PTO + sick time, and a comprehensive bonus structure.
