A reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong Class A interior build-out experience. This firm maintains long-standing relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients, consistently delivering high-quality interior projects throughout the metroplex.
Description
- Manage all phases of Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
- Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations
- Identify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, and field issues
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
- Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders
- Track project progress, reporting on milestones, costs, and timelines
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing Class A interior / tenant improvement projects
- Strong background in corporate office build-outs and high-end finishes
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with occupied or phased construction environments
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
