A well-established Texas-based general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support projects based out of Abilene with a strong focus on healthcare construction.

This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex healthcare facilities-from hospitals to specialty clinics and medical campuses-with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.

Description

• • Lead field execution on healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up)
  • Coordinate work in active healthcare environments
  • Maintain strict safety, infection control, and scheduling standards
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control
  • Interface with owners, architects, and internal teams

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Healthcare or related complex project experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments
• Ability to travel regionally / stay project-based out of Abilene
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

• AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY

Job Offer

• $135,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
• $800/month truck allowance
