Michelin Forklift Operator

HTI is hiring Forklift Operators, Production Operators, and Mold Techs for Michelin US3. These are full time positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

$17.25-$18.50
Day shift 2-2-3: 7:30a-7:30p
Night shift 2-2-3: 7:30p-7:30a


Job Responsibilities for Forklift Operators
As a Forklift Operator, you will:
 

• Operate sit down, stand up, reach truck, or pallet jack forklifts (type varies by site)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the facility
• Supply production lines accurately and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job Requirements for Forklift Operators

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous forklift experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
