Pay Rate: $27.49/hr.Position Summary: Microelectronics Assembly Inspector
- Entry-level focused role for candidates with a few years of inspection experience, primarily using microscopes in a cleanroom environment.
- Supports the manufacturing of highly reliable electronic components used in commercial, scientific, and defense-related space missions.
- Performs inspection of wafers, die, and microelectronic modules while following documented manufacturing processes and MES instructions.
- Perform visual inspection of wafers, die, and modules using precision microscopes.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and MES work instructions to ensure product quality and traceability.
- Support component assembly operations using automated and semi-automated equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve production and quality objectives.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and quality standards.
- Obtain and maintain process certifications for inspection and manufacturing operations.
- Cross-train in additional production areas as needed.
- Experience performing detailed visual inspections using microscopes for extended periods.
- Good hand dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and obtain process certifications.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Our client requires that candidates must have ability to obtain a DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL), for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
