As an Inspector in our Component Assembly area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced microelectronic modules throughout the manufacturing process. Working in a cleanroom environment alongside engineering and production teams, you will inspect wafers, die, and modules using high- and low-magnification microscopes while following documented manufacturing processes and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) instructions. Responsibilities will include... Perform visual inspection of wafers, die, and modules using precision microscopes. Follow documented manufacturing procedures and MES work instructions to ensure product quality and traceability. Support component assembly operations using automated and semi-automated equipment. Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to achieve production and quality objectives. Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and quality standards. Obtain and maintain process certifications for inspection and manufacturing operations. Support borderless manufacturing initiatives by cross-training in additional production areas as needed.
Experience performing detailed visual inspections using microscopes for extended periods, & good hand dexterity Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and obtain process certifications.
