Lead and develop a top tier Microsoft 365/Azure engineering team
Own the health, security, and roadmap for M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
Drive Azure architecture, optimization, cost management, and operational excellence
Partner across Cybersecurity, applications, and architecture to deliver resilient cloud solutions
Ensure high availability, strong governance, and best practice cloud operations
Translate new Microsoft innovations into business value

5+ years leading technical teams
Strong identity, security, networking, and cloud operations expertise
Financial acumen for cloud spends
Azure/M365/Security certification a plus
