Job Description: Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer

• Location: Raritan, New Jersey (NJ)

• Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, particularly Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrations.

• Hands-on experience with third-party migration tools, including:

  • BitTitan MigrationWiz

  • DriveIQ

  • ShareGate

• Strong understanding of:

  • Exchange Online

  • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

  • Microsoft Entra ID

  • OneDrive

  • Microsoft ShareGate

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph.

• Strong understanding of mail flow, including hybrid environments and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end migration issues across:

  • Exchange Online

  • OneDrive

  • Microsoft Teams

• Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex migration issues.

• Ability to coordinate with Microsoft Support to resolve critical technical issues.

• Experience managing and leading Exchange Server migration and administration activities.
