Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to administer, maintain, monitor, secure, and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments supporting the
U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
The Dynamics 365 Administrator will be responsible for platform administration, user and security management, environment configuration, system health, release support, troubleshooting, and operational reliability. The role will work closely with developers, product teams, business users, cloud engineers, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and related Power Platform services.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, security groups, teams, business units, and access controls.
- Configure and administer Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power Pages environments.
- Monitor system health, availability, performance, capacity, and service utilization.
- Support environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and lifecycle management.
- Manage application configurations, solutions, workflows, and platform settings.
- Support release management and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot platform, configuration, integration, authentication, and user-access issues.
- Support backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity activities as required.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and compliance requirements.
- Work with development and DevOps teams to support CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Support integrations with Azure services, external systems, and enterprise applications.
- Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
- Provide technical support and guidance to application teams and business users.
- Participate in Agile team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform environments.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 administration and configuration.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Experience managing users, roles, permissions, security, and environment configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Experience supporting application deployments and release management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application security and access management.
Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Administrator certification.
- Experience with Azure Government and/or Microsoft 365 GCC High.
- Experience supporting Federal Government environments.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with system monitoring, performance optimization, and operational support.
- Experience supporting cloud migration and application modernization.
Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable federal Public Trust suitability determination.
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $130,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
The posted range reflects the Sky's reasonable estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific salary or rate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contractual and business considerations.
