Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot Tech for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. This role provides technical leadership for developing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Copilot-based solutions while guiding enterprise application architecture and integrations.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $70/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot Tech Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot-based business solutions.

• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, conversational agents, and workflow automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

• Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge repositories.

• Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 customization, C#/.NET development, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, and CRM integrations.

• Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, security, CI/CD, testing, governance, and application lifecycle management.

• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery, including leadership responsibilities.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and enterprise-scale system integrations.

• Strong development expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure services, REST APIs, GitHub, and Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
