About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 CRM system. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration with business processes, enhance system functionality, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including security settings, user permissions, and system configurations.
  • Develop, customise, and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support CRM upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM functionalities to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity through proper validation, backup procedures, and security best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, SQL, and CRM SDKs.
  • Understanding of Azure services and cloud-based CRM solutions.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and implement CRM solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and user support experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform Functional Consultant.
  • Experience working in a global CRM environment with multi-site implementations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
