Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
- Experience configuring Conditional Access, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
- Experience managing device enrollment, application deployment, policy configuration, and device lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, policy deployment, and device compliance issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.
