Microsoft Office 365 And Cloud Administrator Subcontractor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Office 365 Administrator with a strong background in cloud technologies (Azure and AWS) with potential knowledge in DevOps, FinOps, and Monitoring Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and migrating our Office 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration with cloud services, and optimizing our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Office 365 Administration:
• Perform migrations from File Server to SharePoint, OneDrive, and cross-tenant mailbox migrations using tools like ShareGate and BitTitan MigrationWiz
• Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migrations, including custom permissions and metadata preservation
• Configure and manage Office 365 security and compliance settings.
• Administer and manage cloud resources in Azure and AWS, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components
• Implement and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Configure and manage cloud-based web applications and services.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
• Cloud Administration (Azure and AWS):
• Networking:
• Configure and manage networking components in Azure and AWS, including VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, and load balancers
• Ensure secure and efficient network connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.

Desirable Knowledge:

• DevOps:
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and AWS CodePipeline
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM templates
• FinOps:
• Monitor and manage cloud costs using FinOps principles and tools
• Analyze cloud spending and utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation
• Generate and present cloud cost reports and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitoring Systems:
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions for cloud and on-premises environments
• Configure alerts and notifications for performance, availability, and security issues.
• Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and cloud technologies (Azure and AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 migration tools and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced or Fluent English Level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and automation
• Proficiency in FinOps principles and cloud cost management
• Experience with Monitoring tools as an administrator
