A popular popcorn manufacturer is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join the Microwave West (MWW) production team. Team members help support the manufacturing of microwave popcorn while maintaining high standards for safety, product quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail, and being part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department.
Monitor production processes and help ensure products meet quality standards.
Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies.
Follow established food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to the appropriate team leader.
Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
Complete required production paperwork and quality checks as assigned.
Perform other duties as needed to support department operations.
Qualifications
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn new tasks and work as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but may not be required.
