Mid-Day Daycare Support Teacher

Primrose School of New Providence is looking for a caring, dependable team member to support our classrooms while teachers take their lunch breaks. If you enjoy working with young children and are looking for a consistent midday schedule, we would love to hear from you!

Location: 165 South St., New Providence, NJ 07922

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom coverage during teachers' lunch breaks.
• Help children with lunch, rest time, and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work with teachers and school leadership to keep the day running smoothly.
• Follow school policies and health and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates:

• Enjoy working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Are reliable, patient, and comfortable supporting different classrooms.
• Communicate well and work well as part of a team.
• Have experience working with young children, required.
