Compensation: $93,000 - $126,000 annually

We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Design Engineer to support and expand municipal, transportation, and water/wastewater projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive engineering experience, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to manage projects, collaborate with clients, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver municipal infrastructure projects.

• Perform and review engineering calculations, analyses, plans, reports, and permit applications.

• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and subconsultant coordination.

• Lead multiple projects and coordinate assignments among project team members.

• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.

• Review hydrologic and hydraulic models, engineering designs, and technical documentation.

• Conduct peer reviews of subdivision and site development applications.

• Interpret and apply local, state, federal, and DOT design standards and regulations.

• Attend and present at client, stakeholder, and regulatory meetings.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, invoicing, receivables, and contract amendments.

• Contribute innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and related design software.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements.

• Experience supporting municipal, transportation, or water/wastewater projects.
