What You Will Do

• Advise clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare legal documentation for corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients in various industries.

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex legal concepts.

Compensation and Benefits
