Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial FP&A
team, with a focus on partnering with the Sales organization. This is a high-impact, highly
visible role that will drive sales forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making
across the go-to-market organization. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and senior
leadership to help scale revenue efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver analyses,
budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc support that drive strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business
performance tracking and improvement initiatives.
Provide insights, recommendations, and regular reporting on pipeline, bookings and
sales performance, working closely with business partners.
Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and monthly close processes,
ensuring strong financial rigor and accuracy.
Assist in shaping business cases for new commercial initiatives, pricing, and product
launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in the FP&A, Sales Finance, Corporate
Finance, Revenue Operations, and Accounting teams.
Support senior finance leadership in understanding key business drivers and providing
value-added analytics.
Foster an environment of process improvement by identifying and implementing
automation and efficiency opportunities.
About you:
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales/Revenue Finance, or a related analytical field,
preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Solid understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, able to work with both
finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization; experience with Adaptive
Insights, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or related roles, preferably in SaaS
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
Comfort working with large datasets and presenting findings to a variety of audiences.
Experience partnering with commercial teams in a SaaS or technology company.
Familiarity with Anaplan, Salesforce, Workday, and Tableau is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior exposure to pipeline analysis, pricing strategy, or go-to-market finance support.
Understanding of SaaS business models and forecasting
Experience in AdTech, headcount planning, or commission forecasting
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
