Program Integrator - Mid-LevelABOUT SITECSITEC is an employee- and customer-focused Information Technology and Professional Services firm specializing in cybersecurity, software and systems engineering, and mission-focused technical solutions supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).POSITION OVERVIEWSITEC is seeking a Mid-Level Program Integrator (PI) to support mission-critical Intelligence Community programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agency programmatics, financial management, acquisition support, and program execution.This role supports Government Program Managers (GPMs) in managing program resources, tracking financial performance, coordinating acquisition activities, and ensuring successful program execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide program management, acquisition, and financial support to Government Program Managers.Analyze program budgets, financial execution, spend plans, burn rates, and funding projections.Monitor contract performance, funding availability, staffing levels, and program milestones.Develop and maintain acquisition documentation, including SOWs, TTOs, Acquisition Strategies, and Program Management Plans.Coordinate with Government financial managers, contracting personnel, and technical teams to resolve programmatic concerns.Prepare financial reports, program status updates, executive briefings, and recommendations for Government leadership.Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze program data, develop reports, and track performance metrics.Support resource planning, risk assessments, contract reviews, and acquisition activities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEight (8) years of combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.Strong understanding of Government programmatics, financial execution, and acquisition processes.Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Education/Experience Substitutions:11 years of relevant experience plus PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II certification in lieu of a bachelor's degree.13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree and the specified certifications.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting Intelligence Community programs.Familiarity with Plan-It and Government financial management tools.Experience with acquisition documentation, contract funding, and program-level financial reporting.JOIN OUR TEAMAt SITEC, you'll support critical missions while working with a collaborative team committed to excellence, innovation, and professional growth.Apply today and make an impact with SITEC!
