Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and JV and operating agreements
• Manage transactions from start to finish
• Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated commercial real estate deals

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar admission
• 4-7 years of transactional real estate experience

Compensation and benefits:

• $225,000-$275,000 base, with a 1,800 billable-hour requirement
• Hybrid schedule
