Description

Hire Resolve is assisting IT organizations in hiring experienced IT professionals to support U.S.-based operations. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several functions across Information Technology, including (but not limited to) infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, systems and network administration, IT service management, application support, data platforms, and technical project delivery.

These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals who want to broaden their impact, lead initiatives, and progress into senior leadership pathways such as IT Manager, Senior Architect, Security Lead, Program Manager, or Director-level positions over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications based on business needs
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure environments (on-prem, hybrid, and cloud)
  • Improve service reliability and user experience through incident, problem, and change management best practices
  • Strengthen security posture through risk mitigation, access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions on time and within scope
  • Document architectures, processes, and operational runbooks to support supportability and audit readiness
  • Implement automation and tooling to improve performance, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency
  • Support compliance-aligned practices where applicable (e.g., security controls, access governance, audit support)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards, governance, and continuous improvement


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Typically 5–10+ years of progressive IT experience in one or more areas: cloud, cybersecurity, networking, systems, DevOps, ITSM, enterprise applications, or data platforms
  • Practical experience with common enterprise tools and platforms such as:
    • Cloud: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
    • Identity and access: Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO/MFA, RBAC
    • ITSM: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar
    • Security: SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, security monitoring
    • Networking: routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP
    • Automation/scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed teams and maintain professional written and verbal communication in English
  • Willingness to undergo role-appropriate pre-employment screening (e.g., background check) and comply with client security policies where required
