Transactional Attorney – Mid-Level to Senior / Lateral Partner Opportunity

A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior transactional attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take the next step in their career, expand their practice, or explore a new professional environment with the support of an established firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas of transactional law, including corporate law, commercial real estate, contract law, administrative law, or public or private finance. Candidates with a diverse transactional background and the ability to independently manage matters will be of particular interest.

The firm is open to attorneys across a range of experience levels, including mid-level and senior associates, counsel, and attorneys interested in pursuing a lateral partner opportunity. For partner-level candidates, the firm is particularly interested in individuals who can bring a moderate book of business and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the overall qualifications of the successful candidate.
