We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Litigation Attorney in our Los Angeles office to assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges.QualificationsWe're looking for a thoughtful, self-motivated attorney with:Experience : 3-10+ years of construction litigation experience, ideally encompassing the full spectrum of civil litigation, from initiation to resolution, including drafting and arguing motions (e.g., summary judgment) and taking/defending depositions.Skills : Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.Independence : Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish.Team Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.Preferred Experience : Insurance defense and public entity defense experience are beneficial, as is federal court and trial experience (though not required).California Bar Admission : Required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary : Base salary ranges between $160,000 and $195,000, commensurate with experience and practice years.Benefits : F3 Law offers a supportive and intellectually engaging work environment, reasonable billable hours, annual billable hour bonuses, comprehensive health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) plan with profit‑sharing contributions.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionF3 Law is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to reflecting the diversity of California's six million+ students.
