• Possess expertise in their subject areas while fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of their students. 
• Embody the school's mission by fostering collegiality, respect, and community within and beyond the classroom.

What We Offer: As a full-time Middle School teacher at SSSAS, you'll: 

• Teach engaging courses in English, History, Math, Languages, or Social Studies that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. 
• Collaborate with talented colleagues on curriculum design, student projects, and interdisciplinary learning. 
• Play an integral role in shaping student leadership and supporting extracurricular activities. 
• Be a valued part of a warm, supportive, and mission-driven community where educators are respected, and committed to professional growth and student success.

Qualifications: We seek educators with: 

• At least 3 years of middle school teaching experience. 
• A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred). 
• A strong foundation in curriculum design, instruction, and differentiated learning. 
• A deep understanding of human development, particularly during the middle school years.
