We're looking for a Recruiter who enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, thinks independently, and sees recruitment as more than just sourcing candidates and filling vacancies.
Cryptopay is an international fintech company developing B2B payment solutions.
We work across different business areas and hire for a wide range of positions, including roles where there isn't always a clear playbook to follow.
That's why we're looking for someone who is curious about the business, takes a thoughtful and structured approach to recruitment, and is comfortable finding solutions independently.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from briefing with hiring managers to offer acceptance.
- Recruit across different business functions, primarily non-technical roles in Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Management, and other areas.
- Develop sourcing strategies, research talent markets, identify relevant target companies, and proactively source candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates against defined criteria, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
- Track recruitment performance, analyse hiring funnels, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Use AI tools and automation to make recruitment more efficient without compromising quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including hands-on experience hiring for non-technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence using different search methods, channels, and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment best practices, including structured interviewing, competency-based assessment, scorecards, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, and make well-reasoned decisions.
- A high level of independence and ownership, with the ability to manage vacancies end-to-end and build effective relationships with hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Practical experience using AI tools in recruitment and an interest in automation and process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian. Advanced English (C1) is required for conducting interviews and communicating confidently in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Recruitment experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other financial services.
- Understanding of B2B payments, crypto processing or regulated financial products.
- Experience working in a product company.
- Experience hiring for senior management and C-level positions.
- Experience introducing recruitment process improvements, including AI-powered tools and automation.
