Join Our Team as a MIG Welder 

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:$20.00/hour

What You'll Do

As a MIG Welder, you'll play an important role in manufacturing storage tanks by welding and assembling components to meet quality and production standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  •  Perform MIG welding on steel storage tank components. 
  •  Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. 
  •  Assemble tank components prior to and after welding. 
  •  Fit, align, and secure parts to ensure proper assembly and weld quality. 
  •  Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity. 
  •  Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment safely and effectively. 
  •  Maintain production standards while producing high-quality work. 
  •  Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. 
  •  Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and work procedures. 
  •  Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. 
  •  Perform other duties as assigned. 
What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

  •  Previous MIG welding experience required. 
  •  Experience assembling fabricated metal products is preferred. 
  •  Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and work instructions. 
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. 
  •  Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and welding equipment. 
  •  Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  •  Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. 
Physical Requirements

This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and includes:

  •  Standing and walking for the majority of the shift. 
  •  Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. 
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. 
  •  Working safely around welding equipment and industrial machinery. 
  •  Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding helmet, gloves, and safety gear. 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
