Welder (MIG)

Pay: $DOE (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hiring Immediately - Experienced MIG Welders

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, opportunities for overtime, and long-term career potential with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

If you have welding experience, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you. Must be able to pass a MIG welding test.
Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Inspect parts and finished products against prints and quality standards
  • Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
  • Identify and report quality issues, shortages, or damaged materials
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional production duties as assigned
  • Support material movement and forklift operations when trained and authorized
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of welding experience
  • MIG welding experience required
  • Ability to pass a hands-on MIG weld test
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
