Remedy Staffing is currently hiring MIG Welders for a fabrication facility in Mineola, TX welding components used to build CNC machines. We are seeking reliable team members with welding experience who take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Shift Schedules
1st Shift
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on components according to production schedules and quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work orders, and fabrication drawings
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Produce parts that meet dimensional and quality specifications
Inspect welds and finished products for accuracy and defects
Perform visual inspections and identify areas needing repair or rework
Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges to verify specifications
Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding
Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship
Complete production, quality, and safety documentation accurately
Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and safety concerns to supervisors
Assist with material handling and movement of fabricated products throughout the facility
Qualifications
Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
