Legacy platform migration and conversion leadership

Life70/iSeries/mainframe understanding; COBOL/JCL/ Assembler exposure

Source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, remediation and cutover

POD governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the migration POD, plan and govern conversion releases

Coordinate extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation

Manage defects, remediation, dress rehearsals and cutover readiness

Control risks, dependencies, reporting and business sign-offs

In addition, should be able to do the following

1. Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore

2. Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standards

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year
