PAY RATE: $35/hour

Summary: 

• Provides technical and functional support for the Defense Travel System (DTS).

• Administers DTS user and traveler profiles including account creation, maintenance, transfers, and deactivations.

• Manages DTS organizational structures, routing lists, permissions, and travel-related system functions.

• Assists travelers, Authorizing Officials, Reviewing Officials, and other DTS users with travel document processing and troubleshooting.

• Ensures compliance with DoD regulations, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and local business rules.

• Coordinates and executes financial reports for travel administration activities.

• Reconciles discrepancies and ensures compliance with audit standards.

• Serves as subject matter expert for travel administration processes.

• Uses military applications including DTS, ATRRS, and GFEBS.

• Uses Microsoft Office products and SharePoint to support travel administration tasks.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with military applications including DTS administrator, ATRRS, and GFEBS.

• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint.

• Ability to coordinate and execute financial reports.

• Ability to reconcile discrepancies and ensure compliance with audit standards.

• Working knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and DoD travel regulations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of military organizational structures and functional interrelationships.

• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
