L&S Truck Center is a local, family run, Medium/Heavy Duty truck dealership that is looking for an experienced Military Vehicle Mechanic who wants to join our Service team. We are committed to continue growing our Dealership with a forward thinking, dedicated Military Vehicle Mechanic with a drive and willingness to produce quality workmanship.

Hire On Bonus: $2,000.00

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm (5 days a week)

· Full Time | No nights | Holidays off

Pay: $26 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

· Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks after repairs

· Collaborate with other personnel to share knowledge and best practices.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

· Stay up to date on the latest advancements in technology and complete training as required.

· Respond promptly to emergency repairs and provide quick and effective solutions

· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive or military vehicle maintenance is preferred

· Strong understanding of military vehicle systems and components

· Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in the maintenance of military vehicles

· Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· Physical fitness and agility to perform tasks in various environmental conditions

· Understanding of military regulations and safety procedures
