A well-run feed and nutrition company wants an experienced Mill Manager to take ownership of its Norfolk plant.

- Build and roll out standard operating procedures
- Drive process improvement and efficiency gains across the mill
- Small leadership team allows quick, easy decision-making
- B.S. in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science preferred
- 3+ years in milling/food production with leadership experience preferred
- Must relocate within commuting distance of the plant; relocation assistance possible

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $113k-$130k DOE
- Performance bonus
