What youll actually be doing:
Leading and supervising self-performing millwright crews on active jobsites Leading and supervising subcontractor trades on active jobsites Planning daily work activities and coordinating with Superintendents and Project Managers Installing, dismantling, relocating, and aligning industrial equipment and machinery Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Coordinating rigging operations and equipment setting Ensuring quality workmanship while maintaining production schedules Enforcing all safety requirements and leading by example Mentoring apprentices and journeymen while developing crew members Communicating with owners, subcontractors, and project teams to keep work moving efficiently

What were looking for:
5+ years of millwright experience with previous foreman or lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of industrial equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and machinery maintenance Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications Proven leadership and communication skills Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship OSHA 30 Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in active industrial environments Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights as required Precision alignment experience is required Rigging and signaling certification is required, or willing to obtain it
Bonus if you have:
Experience with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, power, or heavy industrial facilities Shutdown/turnaround project experience Welding or fabrication experience
