We are seeking a highly skilled Oregon Journeyman Millwright to join our Maintenance Department and help ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications, Requirements, & Responsibilities:
Must be carded (certified Millwright).
Minimum 4 years of industrial millwright experience or comparable training in wood products manufacturing (preferred).
Proficient in welding, cutting, troubleshooting, and machinery operation.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed records of repairs.
Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
Operate machinery when necessary for troubleshooting and testing.
Maintain clear communication with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve company goals.
Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.
Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.

Physical Demands:
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions, heights, and confined spaces.
Comfortable lifting 2-50 lbs regularly, climbing ladders, and standing for 10-13 hours per shift.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
