Job Title: Millwright Apprentice – Night Shift

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Millwright Apprentice to join our maintenance team for the night shift. In this role, you’ll assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You’ll work with experienced millwrights while developing your skills in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

• Use hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively

• Assist in aligning, assembling, and dismantling mechanical systems and components

• Support preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the millwright trade

• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, instructions, and technical diagrams

• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Welding or fabrication experience is an asset but not required

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork

• Ability to work night shift and perform physically demanding tasks
