Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for MEP-heavy data center and critical infrastructure projects in the Boise, ID area.


Pay: $190,000-$230,000/year, based on experience

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools

- Track critical path, project milestones, schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities

- Coordinate timelines for MEP installation, testing, commissioning, energization, and turnover phases

- Provide regular schedule updates, look-aheads, variance reporting, and recovery plans to project leadership

- Align field progress with contractual milestones, procurement needs, trade sequencing, and commissioning requirements

- Communicate schedule risks clearly and support practical planning conversations with project teams


Requirements:

- Project scheduling experience in construction, MEP, mission-critical, data center, or critical infrastructure environments

- Hands-on Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software experience

- Strong understanding of critical path, milestones, look-aheads, recovery planning, and field progress tracking

- Ability to coordinate with project management, field leadership, trades, vendors, and commissioning teams

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

- MEP, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, or data center construction experience preferred

- Ability to work in Boise-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
