Mission Critical - Traveling SuperintendentOversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Coordinate materials delivery and maintain inventory control. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers.A successful Mission Critical - Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing construction projects in the business services industry. Expertise in mission-critical projects, such as data centers or light industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of tilt-wall construction methods and practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and schedules with a detail-oriented approach. Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
