About the Role:

Heavenly Kids is looking for a passionate and creative Mixed Age Group Teacher to join their dedicated early education team. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for a mixed-age group of young learners
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports individual growth
• Observe and document child development milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Build positive, communicative relationships with families and caregivers
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program consistency and quality
• Guide social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students of varying ages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space

Requirements:

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience teaching or working in a mixed-age or multi-age classroom setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles across multiple age groups
• Current or ability to obtain required Ohio childcare certifications and clearances
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
