Pay: $20.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with flexible start and end times; must be available for overtime and weekends; up to 4 hours of overtime per day during increased production periods

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mixer to join a bakery production facility. The primary responsibility is operating industrial mixing machinery to prepare batter and dough batches in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical endurance and flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixing equipment to produce batter and dough according to production specifications
• Follow GMP, food safety, and quality procedures consistently during production
• Check, verify, and measure ingredients for accuracy before mixing
• Record daily production activities and complete necessary documentation
• Report machinery malfunctions immediately for maintenance and safety purposes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
• Push, pull, and handle large batches of batter and dough, requiring physical strength and endurance
• Work in hot, cold, and noisy environments while maintaining focus and safety
• Perform basic math calculations, read and write in basic English, and utilize a computer in daily tasks

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds safely
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Capable of performing math calculations
• Experience working with industrial mixers or in food manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with industrial mixing machinery

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and push large batches of ingredients (up to 55 pounds)
• Capable of working in hot, cold, and noisy conditions
• Must remain on feet throughout the shift
• Ability to push and pull heavy batches of ingredients across the work area

Dress Code

Non-slip shoes, long pants, plain t-shirt. No jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails allowed.
