Mobile Engineer - HVAC

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems across approximately 40-50 customer sites. This role is primarily HVAC-focused (60%), with the remaining 40% dedicated to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains commercial HVAC/R systems, including 5-50 ton equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Completes basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Inspects equipment, identifies issues, and documents work orders in CMMS/Corrigo.
• Travels independently between assigned commercial sites.
• Participates in on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of relevant HVAC/building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal certification (required).
• Hands-on commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with 5-50 ton HVAC equipment.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commercial facilities or building engineering experience.
• CMMS/Corrigo experience.
• Trade school or apprenticeship training.
• Commercial refrigeration experience.
