TREO is seeking an experienced full-time Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team in New Orleans, LA.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.All that you need is:5+ years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenanceExperience with CMMS systems, preferably MAXIMOOSHA 30 certificationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsAbility to perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic toolsBasic to intermediate computer skills for documentation and administrative tasksStrong commitment to HSSE compliance and safe work practicesAbility to lead, guide, and support mechanics during maintenance and repair activitiesStrong communication skillsHOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?This full-time position offers $25 - $35 per hour, competitive compensation and benefits, opportunities for technical development and growth, and a supportive, safety-focused work environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive heavy equipment maintenance experience along with the ability to perform advanced diagnostics, maintain accurate records, and support safe and efficient maintenance operations.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MOBILE HEAVY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN?As a Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician, you will spend the majority of your day performing hands-on maintenance activities, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to technical duties and 20% dedicated to administrative and leadership responsibilities. You will perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment while ensuring all work complies with HSSE standards and company procedures. You will provide guidance and support to mechanics during maintenance and repair activities, communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and team members, and help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
