Mobile HVAC Engineer 2

Our client, a leading facilities management and building services organization, is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: Mobile Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Range: $33 - $35/ hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple commercial facilities.
• Travel between assigned properties to ensure equipment and building systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, calibrations, and equipment adjustments.
• Maintain service records, monitor contractor performance, and assist with inventory and maintenance planning.
• Follow all safety procedures, identify potential hazards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
