  • Review assigned work orders, estimate labor and materials, and accurately document completed work.
  • Assist with the installation, modification, and replacement of building equipment and systems.
  • Support energy management initiatives by helping ensure building systems operate efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, store personnel, vendors, and CBRE team members regarding maintenance activities and service updates.
  • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance documentation, and inventory of parts and materials.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements while performing work.

What You'll Need

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair experience.
  • General knowledge of commercial building systems, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities across multiple locations.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
