Mobile Maintenance Technician - Meijer

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $34-$38 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Perform maintenance on kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, cubers, meat saws, and slicers
• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts
• Conduct minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair motors and pumps, and complete Fuel Center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance

What's Needed?

• UST Class B Certification (training provided by JLL)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license
• Minimum of one (1) year of applicable experience in building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude
