Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with ongoing education in maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Machine building, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning Food manufacturing (dairy, beverage, bakery, etc.) Hydraulic systems Chemical processing or manufacturing Other related industries Strong working knowledge of the following: Pumps (gear, piston, pneumatic, centrifugal) Valves, flow controls, piping, fittings, seals, and pneumatics Power transmission systems (electric motors, gearboxes, cylinders, bearings) Vacuum systems Temperature control systems (electric, water, oil) Hydraulic and electrical schematics and troubleshooting PLC and HMI troubleshooting; basic programming preferred Industrial electronics troubleshooting and repair Experience with polyurethane processing equipment preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical is required Safety Sensitive Role: Yes The company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive. This role is also responsible for performing final runout and testing of completed projects at the ESCO facility, assisting with customer factory acceptance tests (FAT), and providing technical support to customers.
