Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site--from routine maintenance to complex issues Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and operational Represent Wiers with professionalism, consistency, and skill What You Bring 5+ years of diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required) Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications ASE certifications Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.) Mobile or field service experience DOT inspection experience Advanced diagnostic training Ability to work after hours and weekend if needed.
