As a mobile technician, you will travel to customer locations to repair and refinish wheels directly on vehicles. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, adaptability, and the ability to work outdoors in Colorado's changing weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Vehicle Wheel Repair: Perform cosmetic wheel repairs directly on vehicles, correcting curb rash, scrapes, scratches, and other common wheel imperfections whenever appropriate.

• Wheel Refinishing: Prepare and refinish wheels to restore their appearance and deliver a clean, professional finish.

• Wheel Color Changes: Perform rim color changes, including proper surface preparation, application, and finishing to achieve the desired appearance.

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, repair, and prepare wheel surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and high-quality results.

• Quality Control: Inspect completed repairs to ensure wheels meet company standards and customer expectations.

• Mobile Service: Travel to dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned job sites throughout the Denver area.

• Time Management: Organize daily assignments, manage travel between locations, and complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality.

• Tool and Equipment Care: Maintain repair tools, refinishing equipment, and mobile supplies in good working condition.

• Customer and Team Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership regarding job status, repair needs, and completion timelines.

• Outdoor Work: Perform assigned repairs in varying weather conditions, including summer heat and winter cold, while following appropriate safety procedures.

• Professional Representation: Represent Integrity Auto Specialists through dependable service, quality workmanship, and professional conduct at every job site.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in automotive repair, wheel repair, refinishing, painting, or a related hands-on trade is preferred.

• Ability to perform cosmetic wheel repairs directly on vehicles.

• Ability to repair common wheel imperfections, including curb rash, scratches, and surface damage.

• Ability to prepare wheel surfaces and apply finishes with attention to detail.

• Ability to perform or learn wheel color changes and rim refinishing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Denver area.

• Ability to sit, kneel, crouch, bend, and work close to the ground for extended periods while performing wheel repairs.

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle job-related tools and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including summer heat and winter cold, with appropriate protective equipment and safety precautions.

• Dependable, motivated, and committed to completing jobs professionally and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience repairing or refinishing automotive wheels preferred.

• Experience with automotive paint, color matching, sanding, and finishing.

• Familiarity with mobile automotive services or dealership reconditioning.

• Experience using specialized wheel repair and refinishing tools.

• Ability to assess wheel damage and determine the appropriate cosmetic repair approach.

• A willingness to learn new techniques and develop additional technical skills.
