Mobility Coordinator

Grand Gateway Economic Development Association is seeking a full-time Mobility Management Coordinator based at our Big Cabin, Oklahoma office, in-person position. The Coordinator will serve Rogers, Nowata, Washington, and Osage Counties, helping individuals connect with transportation resources and services throughout the region.

The Mobility Management Coordinator works with transportation providers, health and human service organizations, community partners, employers, and residents to identify transportation needs, improve access to available services, and strengthen transportation coordination throughout the four-county service area.

Responsibilities include community outreach and education, assisting individuals with transportation options and referrals, developing relationships with local organizations and service providers, participating in community meetings and events, maintaining program documentation and reports, and helping identify and address transportation barriers.

This position requires strong communication, organization, computer, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, assisting members of the public, building community partnerships, and representing Grand Gateway professionally throughout the region.

The employee will report to and work from the Grand Gateway office in Big Cabin while also traveling regularly throughout Rogers, Nowata, Washington, and Osage Counties for meetings, outreach, and community activities. Mileage is reimbursed for work-related travel.
