Modular Construction Estimato

A growing, employee-owned organization supporting the AEC and mechanical construction industry is seeking an experienced Modular Construction Estimator to join its Preconstruction and Estimating team.

The position is based in Nashville, TN; however, remote or hybrid working arrangements may also be considered for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of construction or manufacturing estimating experience with knowledge of structural steel, mechanical piping, equipment, electrical, controls, modular fabrication, or related systems.

Responsibilities

· Manual and/or on-screen takeoff experience.

· Knowledge of the UL Solutions certification process is a plus.

· Ability to develop accurate scopes of work and proposals.

· Basic construction accounting knowledge.

· Moderate Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.

· Strong communication and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

· $90,000–$115,000 Base Salary
