Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
Utilize Infor M3 to manage inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Infor M3.
Proven track record in operations management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Familiarity with ERP systems beyond Infor M3.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Infor M3.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
