We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong background in Infor M3 to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in operations management, demonstrating a proven ability to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and lead cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
Utilize Infor M3 to manage inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Infor M3.
Proven track record in operations management.
